Our carrier setup process is simple and streamlined. Once we have your paperwork, you'll be introduced to your personal dispatcher and can start hauling loads immediately.

Send Documents
Provide MC Authority, W-9, insurance certificate, and factoring NOA.
Meet Your Dispatcher
Get assigned a dedicated dispatcher and start hauling profitable freight.
Required Documents
- 90+ Days of Active MC Authority
- Signed Truck Dispatch Service Agreement
- Copy of MC Authority Letter
- Copy of Insurance Certificate (minimum $1M liability)
- Copy of W-9 Form
- Factoring Information (Notice of Assignment)
What Happens Next?
After submitting your application, our onboarding team will review your documents and contact you within 24–48 hours. We'll discuss your preferred lanes, equipment, home time requirements, and assign you a dedicated dispatcher who understands your operation.
